“Item”, “Product”, “Design”, “Piece”, “Order”, “Furniture” means all/any goods/services purchased by the buyer from LDN Makers Ltd
Refunds, Alterations and Returns.
LDN Makers offer made to order products. We cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any orders after 14 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. Before placing your order please ensure check the products specifications

Faulty or Damaged items
LDN Makers will always strive to deliver high quality products and we take extraordinary care to crate and pack our work in a way which prevents any damage in transit. Should the buyer ever receive a faulty or damaged item(s) you should notify the seller as soon as reasonably possible. LDN Makers will review the fault and replace or repair the item(s) as soon as reasonably possible provided that the evidence of the damaged/defective item(s)is provide to LDN Makers within 7 days of the seller receiving the item(s).
LDN Makers cannot offer any compensation, discounts, refunds or reimbursements as a result of faulty/damaged goods, or an incorrect order being received. We will endeavour to correct your item(s) imminently.
Orders delayed by the following are not eligible for refunds, reimbursements, discounts, or other forms of payment:
• Any natural act (such as a natural disaster, flooding, snow etc)
• Pandemic, war, or other catastrophe.• Government regulations and laws.
• Delays in delivery (including those caused by a short age of stock or materials).
• Areas where a person would be at danger.
Finishes and Materials
LDN Makers uses high quality hand selected materials. Each piece of timber is unique and may contain characterful natural traits such ask nots, small cracks, shakes and medullary rays. Small ‘chip out’, ‘tear out’, or marks from the machining should be expected. Products may also have natural colour variation between wood species. LDN Makers cannot offer compensation or refunds from the customer’s personal preference with regards to woods naturally occurring elements/features
Images shown on the LDN Makers website are only samples and are not specific to purchased items. The finished product will not exactly match the colours, textures, grain patterns, or grain directions depicted in any renderings, or 3Dmodels. These visualisation are offered solely for artistic reasons. It is not intended that the finish displayed, which was produced by our rendering software, is an accurate representation of the material or its finish. Our selected wood is kiln dried to a moisture content of 8–12%.Wood, on the other hand, is a hygroscopic substance and will continuously absorb and release moisture in response to changes in its surroundings. Wood contracts as its moisture level drops and expands as its moisture level rises. This movement may cause the wood to twist, warp, and separate joints. Temperature and air humidity both have an impact on how quickly wood absorbs moisture from the air. For instance, heat in a dry environment may release moisture and may cause the wood to dry unevenly and rapidly. All types of wood can respond to UV radiation, temperature variations, and changes in air humidity.

On occasion, information on our website could contain clerical or other errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that could affect how products are described, priced, shipped, when they will arrive, and whether they are available. We retain the right to change or update information or cancel purchases if any information is wrong at any time without prior notice in order to remedy any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after you have submitted your order).
