1. Eligibility
To be eligible for our recrafted policy, the following conditions must be met:·
The piece of furniture must have been purchased from LDN Makers.·
The piece of furniture must be in good condition, with no significant damage or wear and tear.·
The piece of furniture must not have been modified or altered in anyway.·
The piece of furniture must be less than five years old.
2. Valuation
To determine the value of the piece of furniture, we will consider several factors, including its condition, age, and current market value. We will provide you with a valuation based on these factors, and the final offer will be at our discretion.
3. Payment
If you accept our recrafted offer, we will provide you with payment within 30 days of the date of the offer. The payment will be in the form of a check or bank transfer.
4. Collection
LDN Makers will arrange for the collection of the piece of furniture at our expense. We will provide you with a date and time for the collection, and you must ensure that the piece of furniture is accessible at that time.
5. Exclusions
The following items are excluded from our recrafted policy:·
Furniture that has been modified or altered in any way.·
Furniture that is more than five years old.·
Furniture that is damaged or has significant wear and tear.
6. Limitations
Our recrafted policy is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any recrafted offer at our discretion. Our recrafted policy does not affect your statutory rights.
